Shipping policy

1. Does the hair stick ship to my country?
At TheHairSticks.com, we ship to almost every country in the world. This includes countries such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, and many more. However, due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

  • Bahamas
  • Yemen
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Sudan
  • Syria

 

2. How much does shipping cost?

You can choose the shipping method you want on the Shopping Cart Page or Checkout Page during the Checkout process. There are 3 main shipping methods to choose from:

  • Express Shipping: Express Shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 5-8 working days to all major destinations. Shipping Costs $20.
  • Standard Shipping: Express Shipping method is the faster than Free Shipping. Delivery times are between 8-12 working days to all major destinations. Shipping Costs $10.
  • Free Shipping: Free Shipping takes a bit longer than Standard Shipping but it is free. Delivery times are between 12-20 working days to all major destinations. Note: We are unable to offer Free Shipping to some remote countries.

 

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: 2-5 Business Days.
  • Express Shipping Time : 5-8 Business Days.
  • Standard Shipping Time: 8-12 Business Days.
  • Free Shipping Time: 12-20 Business Days.

Wrong Shipping Information

  • If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
  • Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click:https://t.17track.net/en#nums to track the shipment status.

 

5、Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?

When the product is hand-made in China and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterward.

Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, there is no transport information for inland transport to the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.

So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.

 

6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@ranslike.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
